How to Make a Return at FitLux

At FitLux, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), you can return them for a refund or exchange. Please read the steps below to initiate your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.

    • Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Click the Return Item button to initiate the return process.

    Note: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which helps us process your return faster.

  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Once you have received your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Make sure the items are clean, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
    • Include a copy of your Order Confirmation or Return Authorization (RA) form inside the package.
    • Please be sure to use a trackable shipping method when returning your item(s), as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
  3. Ship Your Return

    • Send your return to the address provided on your RA form or in the return email from our team. The return address will be based on your location and our warehouse.
  4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Domestic Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.
