Orders
1. Placing an Order
To place an order with FitLux, follow these simple steps:
- Browse Our Collection: Explore our wide range of stylish, high-quality clothing. Use the filters to narrow down your search by size, color, or category.
- Select Your Items: Once you’ve found the perfect item, select the size, color, and quantity, then click Add to Cart.
- Review Your Cart: When you're ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Review your order to ensure everything is correct.
- Proceed to Checkout: Click Proceed to Checkout. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to create an account or check out as a guest. If you're returning, simply log in.
- Enter Shipping Information: Provide your shipping address, select your preferred shipping method, and enter any discount codes if you have them.
- Payment: Enter your payment information and complete your order. You will receive an Order Confirmationemail once your order is successfully placed.
2. Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the following details:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Items Ordered
- Shipping Address
- Total Amount (including taxes and shipping)
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at [customer service email].
3. Modifying or Cancelling an Order
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery. As such, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been submitted. 4. Order Processing
After your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process it. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier's website. If you experience any issues tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Refer to our Delivery Information page for full details on shipping methods, delivery times, and costs. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped, and you can track the delivery progress using the tracking number provided.
7. Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We will offer you the option to:
- Replace the out-of-stock item with a similar product
- Cancel the item and refund the amount
- Wait for restock (if applicable)
If we do not hear back from you within [X] days, we will proceed with a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
8. Missing or Incorrect Items
